Your first visit includes a detailed discussion including symptoms, medical history, goals and/or targets. A full MSK assessment including all relevant joints, muscles, tendons, cartilage, etc. Neurological assessment, Postural assessment and functional movement assessment as required. A personalised treatment plan to address the root cause and 1st treatment where appropriate . 


Typically 45-60minutes. 


Yes where appropriate. If our assessment deems treatment not suitable or appropriate a referral will always be made.  


A multi-model approach is tailored to the individual, which may include:
-Spinal Manipulation
-Peripheral Manipulation
-Mobilisation
-Soft tissue therapy
-Rehabilitation Exercises
-Movement Coaching
-Lifestyle Advice


Clothing which you can move freely in that maintains your modesty. You do not need to wear gym/exercise specific clothing. Jeans, Trousers, Work trousers, Shirts, T-Shirts, Blouses etc are all appropriate. Clothing such as skirts and dresses are advised against unless shorts are worn underneath. 


Yes - The centre is located on the ground and a ramp is provided to gain access from the street into the building.


Free parking is available directly outside the centre for 40minutes between 8am-6pm, it is unrestricted outside those hours. There is also a Pay and Display car park to the front (Town Hall) and rear (Market Street) of the centre.  


Yes- The centre is open plan by design, creating a light, calm and relaxed environment with a shared sense of energy and wellbeing.


For all New Client Consultations, the centre will be empty during your appointment to ensure complete confidentiality while discussing your health history. A private office is also available at any time should a more private conversation be needed


Yes- There are ground floor toilets available to clients.
